Andy Porch started CPM Technologies, Inc. officially in August, 2000. The company and the idea of CPM was created by Andy many years prior as he provided his expertise for other companies as Project Manager, Senior Controls Manager, Senior Estimator, Scheduler and Consultant. His dream is now a thriving reality, is alive and well in his own company, CPM Technologies, Inc.

Andy received his undergraduate degree from Stetson University, Deland, Florida and his MBA from Webster University, Orlando, Florida. His credentials speak for themselves by his coordination of millions of dollars of work in the commercial and residential construction industries. His credentials are spoken daily by his integrity and true concern for his client’s needs.

Andy intends to build CPM Technologies, Inc. by providing continued satisfaction to his customers and through his loyalty to them. As Florida Certified General Contractor, Andy is the business, knows the business and means business!

Ruth Porch is Vice-President of CPM Technologies, Inc. Ruth manages the office and all the particular duties involved in making the office run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Project Manager she submits requests for quotations, submits purchase orders to sub-contractors and follows through with the coordination of the work. She is a life-line and promoter of good-will from CPM Technologies, Inc. to all parties that inquire about our services, who want to be a part of those services and to those that want to use them.

Ruth makes sure that when the jobs are complete that the owner is completely satisfied and the sub-contractors and suppliers are paid expeditiously.

As partners and communicators for CPM Technologies, Inc., she and Andy are able to provide excellent work at a fair price, able to provide stable and quality sub-contractors to our owners and clients, and provide excellent materials from our professional suppliers.
